We guarantee unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund.

Heys.com.au has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. If returns are sent to Heys Australia in a used condition, they will be returned without notification.

Heys.com.au will provide you ( via email or post ) with a prepaid label within Australia only to return the items back to us. Once you request the return label, you should expect to receive the label within 1-2 business days. When we receive the unused returned product(s) back, we will simply deduct a standard $10.00 deduction fee from your refund. This $10.00 covers the cost of return shipping & handling to Heys Australia
