We guarantee unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund.

*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. We do not exchange or refund product(s) that were purchased from other retailers. Used products are non-refundable. Heys.com.au has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. If returns are sent to Heys Australia in a used condition, they will be returned without notification.

Returns and Exchanges

Heys.com.au will provide you ( via email or post ) with a prepaid label within Australia only to return the items back to us. Once you request the return label, you should expect to receive the label within 1-2 business days. When we receive the unused returned product(s) back, we will simply deduct a standard $10.00 deduction fee from your refund. This $10.00 covers the cost of return shipping & handling to Heys Australia

You can return unused items for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the same condition you received them in with all hang tags attached and in the original box.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less a $10.00 return shipping & handling fee. Your credit will appear after Heys Australia has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Once your credit has been issued, you will receive an email from our billing department confirming the refund.

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
